We lost a damned good pupper last evening. Our people and their pups are like an extended family to us. Seriously.
Loki was a perfect boy in so many indescribable ways. Despite that tough guy looking exterior, his inner goof ball shined through like a blinking neon sign of awesomeness. He was the center of his family, dogs and people. He was a perfect boy for his momma. He was chief ride-along with his dad. He was perfect big brother and protector for his sister. He was the rock for his dog brothers. While he had the bravery of an earthworm for grooming, he really was a big brave guy the last few times and didn't even p*e on the floor! He also learned when he made sad faces and snuggled, it went so much faster for him. Fly high, big guy! We miss you so, so much ❤️

Stuff we need to know to give you a quote..and why!

What kind of dog do you have?
(Photos are best! We love seeing your fuzzy babies!) Each pet requires different tools and techniques

Approx weight of your dog(s)
This is so we know if we need a team to groom safely! Safety is top priority!

Where are you located?
We need to know where you are because we try to schedule multiple appointments in the same area on the same day to reduce costs of fuel

General information like: Have they been groomed before? Do they have any parts they were not fond of? Any medical issues?
This way we know how to make those parts not as bad for them and how to keep them more comfortable ☺️

If in doubt, just tell us. It's always better to have too much information than not enough! Pups that have issues are understandable, it happens. Sincerely, we handle A LOT of dogs that's have quirks or issues. We even have a Pup Improvement Plan made just for them!

I know we are "new" in mobile grooming in the area, but I can assure you, we are not new to grooming! 😁 Over 25 yrs work...

I know we are "new" in mobile grooming in the area, but I can assure you, we are not new to grooming! 😁 Over 25 yrs working for other people, helping build other businesses, problem solving so others can sell with better books, it was about time we did all that work for ourselves!
AKC safe certified, certification through ndgaa, vet tech experience, featured in books and magazines, and lots of neat other stuff 😁

To make an appointment, texting gets the fastest response! We are taking care of the pets entrusted to us, so we can't always immediately pick up the phone!

Types of payment we take:

Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and cash if it's easier. If you're an ESTABLISHED CLIENT, we can take a check
We do NOT take apple pay at this time

So Bertha is kind of nude.....we were thinking, instead of going the typical vinyl wrap option(which yes, it looks squeaky clean and all...just... boring) we were considering getting a group of local artists together to literally hand paint her. Dog grooming IS an art, and it would honestly fit us as a company.
Thoughts?

Something that has been weighing heavily on my mind

People are jumping on the grooming business wagon that honestly barely cut it as a pet owner, nonetheless, "groomer" or even a great "bather/prep artist"
They see that pet care is "recession proof" business, and just jump on, calling themselves an "expert" or "luxury service" when they are anything BUT that. They buy a shiney, brand new grooming van. They hire staff that has any pet job on their resume, and they sink a TON into advertising. They LOOK like they know what it's all about ..but it's just that, an act.
They don't want to know you. Your dog. They want to know one thing:
How to get into your wallet
If you ask for ONE THING in your pet services, please, ask for EXPERIENCE. ask for KNOWLEDGE. You will see if there is an ABILITY to carry it out. You will see how your pet reacts over time. You will see how the groomer communicates with you. Look for open communication.
Even if you do not choose us for your service, please, just look for these things
