Bridgeport Cat Rescue Helping the cats of Bridgeport CT find safe homes & be fixed & vaccinated to curb feral cat overpopulation

Nancy & friends volunteer in assisting to curb the feral cat overpopulation in/around Bridgeport through various spay/neuter programs in the area & through the generousity of rescue-friendly veterinarians who offer rates in which cats can be fixed & vaccinated at reasonable rate. We also feed feral cat colonies, provide cat (& dog if requested) food to those folks who need the pet food to maintain their pets in their homes & gear folks towards ways to get their pets fixed in a way that complements what their household budget will allow. We ARE NOT A SHELTER and DO NOT TAKE SURRENDERED PETS. The cats (and sometmes dogs) are rescued from the streets in/around Bridgeport.

Need foster homes asap! Many of these cats pictured are nice & adoptable. Obviously shown kindness somewhere in their furry lives but live outside… most on busy streets. We can’t put 20-30 cats & kittens in one home….. we need help of others ! Greater Bridgeport home owners with separate room for the cats. Strong vet reference needed. All supplies provided . Let’s get these cats out of the cold & into foster homes & into adopted homes!!
