A little Sleepy Hollow update

We know so many of you have been asking, “When are you opening?!” — and trust us, no one is more anxious to open these doors than we are.

Unfortunately, our opening has been delayed while we wait for one final approval from the Westchester County Department of Health. We’ve been told they are extremely backed up, and while waiting has been incredibly frustrating, this is one part of the process that is simply out of our hands.

The good news? We are close! We have the contractors lined up and ready to go. We have sleepy Hollow building department approval. Everything we’ve been working toward is coming together, and we truly believe Sleepy Hollow is going to be worth the wait.

Thank you for your patience, your messages, your excitement and for continuing to cheer us on. We promise, the minute we get that final green light, you’ll hear us celebrating all over Westchester.

In the meantime you can continue to utilize our mobile service and our storefront location on North State Road in Briarcliff!
