This team from helped make a significant impact at Pegasus by painting the interior of our covered round pen, Hope Arena. Hope Arena is our newest program space primarily used by our veteran & first responder programs.

In addition to painting Hope Arena, the WTW team completed important repairs to the top plates around our riding arena, helping us maintain safe, functional spaces for our horses, participants and volunteers.

This October we were excited to welcome back !

The team made great progress on several projects during their volunteer day at Pegasus! They got started on the new woodchip trails in our sensory paddock, a project our instructors are especially excited about as it will enhance our participants’ riding experiences. They also helped improve our facilities with some stormwater management and with additional maintenance and repairs around the property.

Along with lending a hand, the team had an opportunity to learn more about the programs we offer and the impact of hands-on horse activities on the populations we serve.

Sometimes, finding the right words to express how we feel isn't easy. That's where horses can make a meaningful difference.

We're excited to introduce our new Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy Program, offering a unique opportunity to connect with horses while exploring emotions, building confidence, strengthening relationships, and developing greater self-awareness.

In a peaceful, supportive environment, participants can discover new ways to navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and grow at their own pace. Led by Judith Halden, LCSW, ESMHL, this program combines professional mental health support with the special connection between horses and humans.
