An interview with our incredible keynote speaker at this years !

Not only did Dr. Christman give a beautiful, powerful, and emotional key note on the importance of great leadership and what it means to be a leader, he also gave several lectures topics implementing the magic of customer service, managing itchy dogs, and practical guides to approaching social media in vetmed. Every one of his educational, engaging, and quite frankly, hilariously fun lectures, left every attendee smiling from ear to ear. We were so happy and honored to have you Dr. Christman!

Yesterday, a few of our team members leveled up their skills at our Behavior and Restraint class, focusing on how to ensure your pets have the most stress-free vet visits possible!

We practiced:

🐶 Reading Body Language: Spotting subtle signs of anxiety so we can comfort your pet before they get stressed.

🤲 Low-Stress Handling: Using gentle, safe techniques to keep pets feeling secure during exams.

🎉 A massive shoutout to our amazing volunteer staff pets, Petey the dog and Norbert the cat.
