Hi, I’m Allison! I offer trusted babysitting, pet sitting, and house sitting—drop-ins or overnights. I also provide personalized tutoring to help kids succeed.

Caring, dependable, and flexible so you can be away with peace of mind I am willing to travel from from Brevard in either direction towards Asheville or Lake Toxaway during the summer months and winter break. I will travel to your home and watch your children there, or take them to do some outdoor activities. During the school year I am in school at Western Carolina University and would enjoy work

ing in Cullowhee/Sylva as well! I have a lot of experience with children from newborn to 13 years old. I can provide references upon request. I am CPR/First Aid Certified as well. I also have a lot of experience with dog/pet sitting as well.

I am currently accepting new clients and looking to fill morning and afternoon time slots with dog walking services. If you have an active dog who would benefit from consistent exercise, enrichment, and attentive care during the day, I would love to support your routine.

Dogs must be comfortable around children as my 18 month old joins, she’s been tagging along since day one and loves all the animals!

I am also booking pet care for upcoming summer vacations and weekend travel. Can be overnight stays or drop bys. You can feel confident knowing your pets will be cared for with reliability, intention, and plenty of love while you’re away.

The warm, springy days lately have me missing my long dog walks, and I’m so ready to fill up my summer calendar!

Salt & Light Sitting Co is booking:

As many of you know, my 17-month-old comes with me, so pets (and owners!) must be comfortable around little ones. She’s been around animals her whole life and loves tagging along.. it’s truly the sweetest combo. 🤍

Hi friends! With vacations, weekend trips, and busy schedules coming up this new year, I wanted to share my services through Salt and Light Sitting Co. 👶🏼🐾

✨What I offer:
• In home dog and pet sitting
• Drop in visits for feeding, potty breaks, and playtime
• House sitting while you’re away
• Occasional babysitting for date nights or moms who need a morning or afternoon to catch up on things
• Tutoring for elementary aged children

🤍A little about me for transparency:
I’m a stay at home mom and bring my 1 year old with me to most jobs. She is calm, always supervised, and has been around animals and other children since birth. This works best for families and pets who are comfortable around young kids.

📝I’m also a former 2nd grade teacher with a bachelor’s degree in education, certified in K-6 general education and K-12 special education. I love helping kids grow in confidence and skills outside the classroom. My daughter stays with her dad for tutoring!
