Pickles came in for her first visit to Good Clean Dog, and she understood the assignment ✅

This sweet Schnauzer was an absolute joy to have at the shop, and our Groomicians had so much fun giving her a fresh new look.

There’s something especially satisfying about a Schnauzer transformation. A fresh haircut brings back those signature brows, that unmistakable beard, and a whole lot of personality.

Looking for an experienced dog groomer in Brentwood or the St. Louis area? We’d love to welcome you and your dog to Good Clean Dog.

Not every great groom can be summed up by a dramatic before-and-after. Sometimes, the best part of the appointment is something you have to look a little closer to see.

Cash and Reesie recently came to Good Clean Dog in Brentwood for their very first visit with our grooming team. New groomer, new place, new sounds and smells. That can be a lot for a dog to take in.

So when Cash started snuggling up to Groomician Lindsay during the grooming process, it meant a little more than just a cute moment.

Building that kind of comfort and trust is a big part of what great dog grooming looks like to us. We want dogs to feel safe with the people caring for them, especially when we’re meeting them for the first time.

A fresh haircut is great. A dog who feels comfortable enough to lean in for a snuggle? That’s the kind of transformation we’re really proud of.

Looking for a trusted dog groomer in Brentwood or the St. Louis area? We’d love to get to know your dog, too!

Millie’s very first haircut 🥹✂️

This 5-month-old Cockapoo came to Good Clean Dog Brentwood for her first full grooming haircut, and just LOOK at that little face hiding under all that puppy fluff. 😍

First grooms are about more than the before & after. They’re an important opportunity for puppies like Millie to get comfortable with the sights, sounds, tools, and people that will be part of their grooming routine for years to come.

Our Groomicians gave Millie plenty of patience, care, and puppy encouragement along the way, with one seriously cute transformation to show for it.

Meet Sherman, a longtime shop favorite our team has been grooming for more than six years, going all the way back to our days as Amanda’s Pet Grooming!

After that many visits, you get to know a dog pretty well. His coat. His look. His personality. And, most importantly, exactly how he likes his grooming day to go.

This week, Sherman stopped by for another fresh cut, and we'd say our handsome old friend is looking pretty good. ✂️

Swipe to see his before & after. ➡️

Six years of grooms, and we still get excited every time we see Sherman on the schedule.

Some transformations make you do a double take.

Zoe's pet parent wanted a more classic poodle-inspired face while keeping all the personality that makes her... well, Zoe.

Mission accomplished!!

One of the things we love most about grooming doodles is that no two are alike. Whether you prefer a fluffy teddy bear look or a cleaner poodle face, our Groomicians work with you to create a style that fits both your vision and your dog's lifestyle.

Safe to say Zoe is wearing her new look pretty well.

What team are you?
