✨ OUT OF OFFICE — I’M GETTING MARRIED! 💍🤍

Hi everyone! Just a little heads-up that Lexi’s Loving Care will be out of the office beginning tomorrow, August 29th, through September 7th.

After months of planning, the big day is finally almost here! 🥹 Aaron and I will be getting married on September 5th, and I’ll be taking this time away from work to finish wedding preparations, celebrate with our family and friends, and actually enjoy this incredibly special chapter. 🤍

During this time, I’ll be stepping away from appointments, scheduling, emails, texts, and business messages as much as possible. All messages and inquiries will be answered once I return beginning September 8th.

For any urgent medical concerns while I’m away, please contact your pet’s veterinarian or your nearest veterinary emergency hospital.

Please, please, PLEASE muzzle your dog if you know they have a history of biting or are unpredictable around people. ❤️

I’m getting married next week, and now I get to walk down the aisle with this lovely bite mark on my leg. 😭

The hardest part? I didn’t touch the dog. I didn’t approach him. I didn’t reach toward him. I was simply walking past, and he lunged over and took a chomp at my leg.

Muzzles are not cruel when they’re properly fitted and used correctly. They’re a safety tool. They protect other people, other animals, and your dog.

If you know your dog may bite, please don’t wait until something happens. Advocate for them, manage their environment, and muzzle them when appropriate.

***🐾 Important Update Regarding NEW Cat Clients 🐾***

Yesterday, I sustained a serious injury while working with a cat. After careful consideration, I’ve made the difficult decision to stop accepting NEW cat clients so I can protect my health and safety moving forward.

This change does NOT affect my existing cat clients. I will continue caring for the established cats already on my schedule.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has trusted me with their cats and supported Lexi’s Loving Care. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting this necessary boundary. 💕

Hello everyone!

Friendly Reminder-
To help provide a smooth, safe, and professional experience for every client, I do require a signed Liability Waiver & Policy Form and a valid card on file before any services are rendered.

The liability waiver ensures that everyone understands my policies, scope of services, and expectations before your appointment.

A card on file is now required for all clients, regardless of how you choose to pay for your appointment (cash, check, Venmo, etc.). Your card information is stored securely through my payment processor, and I do not have access to your full card details. The card on file is used in accordance with my cancellation policy and helps protect appointment times reserved specifically for your pet.

As a friendly reminder, my cancellation policy is as follows:

* Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
* Appointments cancelled on the same day or no-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

These policies help ensure that I can continue providing dependable, one-on-one mobile veterinary nursing services while minimizing last-minute scheduling gaps.

These requirements are standard for all clients and must be completed prior to your appointment.

**If the Liability Waiver & Policy Form has not been signed or a valid card has not been placed on file before your scheduled visit, I will need to postpone or reschedule your appointment until everything is complete.**
