🐾💕 **A Little Reminder About Appointment Cancellations** 💕

As a small, independently owned mobile veterinary nursing business, I truly appreciate each and every client who welcomes me into their home and trusts me with their furry family members!

I wanted to take a moment to share a friendly reminder about my cancellation policy and why it's so important to my business.

Unlike a traditional veterinary clinic or grooming salon, I travel directly to your home. Each appointment is carefully scheduled around location, travel time, and the needs of my patients.

When an appointment is canceled at the last minute, even if it's simply being rescheduled, that reserved time is unfortunately lost. Often, I'm unable to fill the opening on such short notice, and sometimes I'm already on my way to the appointment.

💕 **A Friendly Reminder of My Cancellation Policy:**

🐾 **Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours:** 50% of the scheduled service fee.

🐾 **Same-day cancellations or missed appointments:** 100% of the scheduled service fee.

These policies are provided and agreed to prior to scheduling, and applicable cancellation fees will be enforced.

I absolutely understand that life happens, schedules change, and unexpected situations arise! My goal is never to make anyone feel inconvenienced or upset. However, just like any other appointment-based professional service, the time reserved for your pet is time I am unable to offer to another client.

I work hard to provide reliable, compassionate, and personalized veterinary nursing care while keeping my small business running smoothly.

Your understanding, communication, and respect for my time allow me to continue doing what I love most — caring for your pets! 🐶💗
