We are so so proud of Melody and Downtown Dreamer “Dreamer”!

Every time these two step into the show pen, they just keep getting better and better.

It’s pretty neat to walk through the pasture for our daily horse check, watch those c**ts grow, and see a little bit of the future we’re building right in front of us.

We’ve got cutters, reiners, and cow horse prospects coming up that we’re pretty excited about.

God is good, and we sure feel blessed.

We are so proud of Melody and how all of her hard work is paying off!

She had a personal best this weekend at the Panhandle Cutting Horse Association in Levelland, and it’s pretty neat to think about how far she’s come since she first came to us for riding lessons last January.

There’s been a lot of work put in between then and now, and we sure enjoyed watching it come together. Congratulations, Melody!

Not just a sweet face… look at that hip! 👀🔥

Smiley is a yearling c**t by Kit Kat Sugar and out of Bingo With Grandma (Dual Pep).

We sure like what we’re seeing from this guy.

This pretty boy may have retired from the show pen, but apparently retirement around here just means a career change.

These days, he holds the very important title of resident babysitter and helps us wean the babies. Over the years, Gator, Smiley, Sue, Iceman, and Fahrenheit have all spent time under Fuego’s supervision.

He’s been invaluable when it comes to consoling the babies through the weaning process and gently teaching them a few manners along the way.

We’re not sure Fuego ever thought “professional babysitter” would end up on his résumé, but turns out he’s just perfect for it. 🤠

We love seeing Lucky doing so well! 🤠

This talented son of our broodmare, Bingo With Grandma, was raised and started right here in our program, and it’s pretty special getting to watch him continue to shine.

Wishing Ken and Lucky nothing but success and good luck in the future. We’ll be cheering you guys on! 👏🏼

Cutting is such a team effort.
We asked Clint, how important is having good help in the pen, and what do you rely on those guys for when you're showing?
