BIG Shoutout to our Friday clients who are all pictured here besides one and a couple nail trims. Every one was so patient and cooperative. Servicing 15-20 dogs a day with a small crew such as ours with one groomer is a step by step process that we take great care in. We work diligently to ensure your pet is safe and most of you are very understanding and we appreciate you! With that being said there are still a few that insist on rushing us. Being that we work with sharp objects near your moving and reactive loved ones faces and eyes we will no longer accept clients who insist on putting a timer on us or constantly call, text, and show up while your dog is in process. This adds stress to our groomer which the dogs can feel adding to their stress as well. Itā€™s just a vicious cycle we are not willing to participate in any longer for safety reasons. Thank you to all of our amazing clients who understand. We are so grateful for you!!!!

Hey guys we are out of the shop this week! Our shop phone and internet was down all day yesterday! We will get back to all appointment request asap!!! If this time away wasnā€™t absolutely necessary we would be there! Please allow us this time to grow things for all of you and for us!!!
