A few Miscellaneous and Important Announcements for this weekend!

- Animals MUST BE IN PLACE by 9 am on Saturday, unless an exception has been granted in advance. A veterinarian will be present to check your animals.

- There will be NO STRAW allowed in the barn! Please plan to provide bedding other than straw in your barn stalls.

- We believe we will have ample electricity in place for the event. However, as mentioned, this will be the first livestock show held at the new Buchanan County Fairgrounds. If you have a generator, please plan to bring it just in case.

- Cattle will tie out to trailers overnight. Please plan accordingly.

- SHOW CLOTHES ARE NEEDED. Barn and Beyond Showcase t-shirts will be worn on MONDAY for the premium auction. Please plan to bring your own clothes for the show ring on Saturday for Showmanship and Round Robin AND for the show on Sunday.
