📣 Groomer community, I could use a little guidance!

My Artero Spektra has stopped working cordless — it’ll only power on when plugged in. I purchased a replacement lithium battery, but I’m running into trouble finding anyone local who can actually do the swap.

So far, the feedback I’ve gotten is that I may need to send it out of state for repair/replacement. Before I go that route, I wanted to reach out here:

🔧 Has anyone had their Spektra battery replaced?
🔧 Do you know of a service or repair shop that handles this?

I’ll attach a photo of the clipper and the new battery for reference. Any advice or direction would be so appreciated! Thank you in advance 💙🐾

✨🎨 Puppy Glow-Up Time ✨🎨

Our gorgeous girl Matilda came back in for her touch-up haircut and a splash of color magic! 💕 Last time, she rocked pink ears & tail, but today we decided to switch things up:

🐾 Cotton Candy Booties – soft blue fading into purple (I ran out of pink, but honestly, we’re obsessed 😍).
🐾 Two-Tone Tail – a bold mix of pink & purple for that extra flair!
🐾 A fresh cut & fluff – we brushed out a few little mattes and shaped her boots so you’d never even know they were there! ✂️✨

Matilda is such a sweet baby to work with, and she totally owned her colorful new look. 💖🐶
