Late Arrival & No-Show Policy 💛
We understand things happen! To keep our schedule running smoothly for all pups, we allow a 10-minute grace period.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting other clients. Missed appointments or no-shows may result in a fee, and repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Big news over here! 🐾✨

After lots of thought, prayers, and conversations — and truly with the support of all of YOU — we’ve decided it was best to move up two suites into a larger space! 🥰

Don’t worry — we are still in the same building, just two suites up from our previous spot! 🙌🏼 So it’ll be easy to find us, just with a little more room to grow.

Because of my amazing clients and your continued trust in me with your babies, we were able to make this move and expand into something bigger and better for the pups. I’m so beyond thankful for every single one of you who helped make this possible. 🤍

We will be adding a gate in the next couple of days to ensure the safety of all the dogs during their visits — their comfort and safety will always be my top priority! 🐶✨

There is just something about a fresh groom that makes them feel like a whole new pup. The zoomies hit different when the coat is soft, the nails are trimmed, and they know they look GOOD. 😌✨
