Something I’ve never thought about: I’ve never worked in a corporate grooming salon. I’ve worked for myself for about 38 years, and I’ve always tried to make sure my groomers feel comfortable and supported.
Our team can take breaks and eat when they need to, and we have a receptionist and bathers to help keep things running smoothly. We also close from 12:30 to 1:00 so everyone can enjoy a sit-down break. Grooming can be hard on your body, especially your legs, so it’s important to take a moment to rest.
There’s a chair at every grooming station, too, for anyone who needs to sit while they work. Just thought it was interesting—and a good reminder that taking care of the people who care for your pets matters, too! 🐾 ( and we don’t do walk ins)
