Our July employee of the month is the one and only Savannah! (pictured here on the left). She has been an integral part of the Oakdale family for 9 years now. She knows the workings of this hospital inside and out and is the glue that holds us all together. We appreciate everything she does for us and we know our clients do too! Please help us show her some love and congratulate her on this achievement!

And while you're at it, please welcome Rylee to the front desk team! (pictured on the right). You may know her as a member of our kennel staff but she has recently moved up to a CSR role.

OAH will be closed on Saturday, July 4th in honor of the Independence Day holiday. We will be open on Sunday, the 5th, from 3-5pm for boarding pick up and drop off.

Please get all anxiety medication refill requests in sooner rather than later to ensure your pet has a happy and safe holiday!

Before this weekend, make sure your pet has all identifying tags and collars on and all fences and enclosures are in good condition. Please keep your pet in their "safe place" indoors during fireworks whenever possible. More pets go missing on this day than any other day of the year due to being scared by fireworks.

We are accepting donations for the storm victims in Brookhaven and Monticello. The list below shows the most needed items right now. Some people lost literally everything they have. You can drop off supplies in the lobby or on the shelf in the drive thru on the right side of the building if it’s after hours.

One of our amazing VA’s, Bailee, will be going to Brookhaven on Thursday to deliver the collected supplies. Please consider donating to this cause. If you feel led to volunteer personally, you can join the efforts at the East Lincoln Fire Department. 3347 East Lincoln Rd SE Brookhaven, MS (601-833-8561)

Thank you for your support!

We spent last week spoiling our CSR's for Veterinary Receptionist Appreciation week!

These ladies are the heartbeat of our hospital. They all play a vital role in managing the clinic's efficiency and the chaos of the front desk! They are rockstars at perfectly balancing phones, checking in patients, handling payments and comforting clients during a difficult visit. And they are always willing to step in anywhere else in the hospital when needed. We love our front desk girlies and we know you do too! Show them some love today (and every day)!
