To all of our wonderful customers who have become our friends and family through the years. Cheryl and I have been running Snips-N-Tails for the past 20 years, it has been our life and passion for all these years. Our dream is to have Snips-N-Tails continue for many years to come. Due to our age the only way we could keep that dream alive is to pass the keys on to someone who was going to love it just the way we do! Well, we found that person, that family!

Please welcome Deana and her beautiful children Luke, and Addie. They are already off to a great start. They have so many fresh and new ideas which will only make Snips-N-Tails a much better place.. As with any change there might be some kinks along the way, so please be patient and understanding.

We also dont want anyone to worry because all of us are staying, you will have the same groomers and daycare people. Deana is adding not taking away! The one big change that will be happening is our amazing Cheryl is retired as of Saturday. I know how you all love her and have bonded with her. As sad as that is, Cheryl and I are so happy for Deana and her family to start their new adventure in life! Let's all give them, Deana, Luke, and Addie the warmest welcome ever.

Snips-N-Tails will be on vacation the week of August 17th for our last summer Hoorah!! We will be back bright eyed and bushy tailed August 25th. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but it is well needed!!

I want to thank you all so much for all the prayers and good wishes. Seeing all the love just gave me the strength to fight a little harder. I appreciate you all more then you know.
With what happened to me comes a lesson for all of us who suffer with diabetes. So im going to make myself very vulnerable and share with all of you what happened to me. Sorry for the long post but I feel it is much needed and if it helps 1 person then this is worth it.
I had once had my sugar under control but then came Thanksgiving and all those delicious goodies started rolling in and I started taking little tastes and enjoying it so much. Then Christmas and New Year's. Well I stopped checking my sugar, I continued eating at will and found myself crashing last week with a major infection through my body, my sugar at 657, and my potassium so low that I could have had a heart attack. Sugar was breaking down my body so bad that either I make changes or the rest of the time I have left here on earth is going to be a miserable existence. I was given the tools to make these changes and I'm choosing to use them. This didn't just affect my life, it affected my family and friends and everyone around me.
So if in me telling you what happened to me helps change 1 persons life then I have done God's work.

Hi All,

We are putting an S.O.S. out there to the
Grooming world. Marsha is in the hospital right now. We don't know for how long so we are looking for an experienced groomer to step into her shoes for a couple of weeks. She grooms about 8 dogs a day. Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 till done, usually 4 or 5. If you can help us please get in touch with us at 973-948-7647
