Cameron Merritt has been part of the Barrett family & team since 2022. Cameron has a can-do attitude and is willing to help anyone who needs it, always with a smile. He has many 4-legged best friends that all gather in the Barrett dog park for treats around that 1'oclock hour before his shift starts.

Through hard work and dedication, she quickly climbed the ranks and now serves as Quality Manager at the Little Falls plant. She leads with compassion, integrity, and is a great example of what success on the Barrett team looks like!

Thanks to Pierz Healy High School and Ms. Brenda Gotvald’s class for hosting Barrett Petfood! We talked about the process of kibble manufacturing, the growth of the company and the many career opportunities that exist right in our backyard!

A special thank you to Kendra Fischer, who talked with the students about her career at Barrett. She is a great example of the amazing things a Pierz High School graduate can do when they work hard and invest in a local company. She graduated just 10 years ago and is now a Plant Manager. Way to go Kendra!!

Barrett Petfood held its 9th annual employee fishing tournament this past weekend. The weather was beautiful, the food was good, and a some fish were caught!!

Join us in celebrating the next Barrett Petfood Spotlight Employee. Dave Cox is the 3rd Shift Production Supervisor at the Little Falls plant. While many of us are tucked in bed, Dave, and his calm demeanor, keeps the extruder running and the team motivated to ensure schedules are met. Dave cares for his team and does a great job keeping 3rd shift going! Thank you Dave!!

Jon joined Barrett at the beginning of 2022 and has been an excellent team player since! He is very good at taking on any task assigned and does a thorough job when doing so. He is always willing to learn new things and is flexible when needed.
