2026 bow opener made quick work of. Let an arrow fly on a freezer queen in true Eastman fashion. Fresh tendies secured, venison chili for lunch, and J Money is headed out for the evening hunt. Wishing him the same success!

Lots of Black going on in the shop this week. Bear season started off with a bang in the BLA. Great to see it.

I’m getting down to the last group of whitetails, looking to have the rest of them out the door by October.

As the acorns start falling, don’t give up. Stay consistent with the bait and shoot straight. Stay safe out there and enjoy the woods.

Attention Bear Hunters:

The Jones family runs a small-town meat market in Emily, MN. Brats, summer sausage, sticks, and more.

Ask them to have your hams double-smoked—it’s the absolute best way to complement your time spent in the woods this bear season.

Support a local family business and make the most of that hard-earned bear!

I can’t wait to hear your stories this season. Good luck out there! 🐻

The symmetry of the straight mounts are a thing of beauty. Perfection or they dont look right. Happy with this one, roughed in.
