On Saturday 5 horses got to get lots of LOVE from 5 amazing teens from Freedom Ranch. Just walking by the horses this morning you can still smell the love (the conditioner). We ended the early afternoon with ice cream!

The first two words in Genesis that describes woman in Genesis 2:18 I will make a helper suitable for him, that phrase in Hebrew for "helper suitable" is Ezer Kenegdo, that describes woman, which means helper/aid or strength, but it’s a very strong word and it carries the idea of Strengthening some one in a way they cannot do for themselves.

This is the newest Mare at Gabriel’s Home she is a 26 yr old appaloosa. Her new name will be “Ezer”. Her owner is moving to Arizona and needed a soft landing for her.

💕She has a big purpose serving Jesus now!

Good afternoon to our Gabriel's Home family. Lisa Disrud Kinney and myself are so grateful for the love and support everyone gives us.

We started this journey not to just help the horses who desperately need us but to use their brokenness to heal our veterans. The horses are unbelievably nonjudgmental when it comes to listening to your story and provide a warm personal place for your tears to land.

We hope to have the sand into our obstacle course by next week. This safe space will allow access to the round pen while others are in the obstacle course.

If you are a veteran and want an opportunity to hang out with the horses, no matter what your horse experience we would love to have you out. Schedule a tour and let's go from there.

We always have and always will offer this at ZERO cost to any veteran. There is no referral needed.
