This one will be kinda long please bare with me and read to the end !!
My 2027 schedule is ready , I want to to let everyone know before I open online booking and start scheduling that next years schedule is going to be drastically different due to some on going health issues I’m unfortunately dealing with.
As much as I hate to do this I unfortunately have to there is no way around it. I will be working less days and taking less dogs on those days. There will be some of you I unfortunately will no longer be able to accommodate ,this is not an easy decision for me at all. With that being said I will only be able to take on the clients that book a year in advice, it’s too hard for me to squeeze you in especially only being able to take a limited number of dogs.
Some new policies I am adding is if you have no showed more than once in a calendar year, I will no longer be scheduling you appts. I totally understand emergencies happen and have always done my best to accommodate everyone but when it becomes a habit with no contact I can not schedule around that and can not run a business with the lack of income when it comes to no shows. I am also adding a “no show fee” of 100 percent of the missed service that will be due prior to your next schedule service.
If I normally make all your appointments and your schedule is the same you do not need contact me I’ll work on them and send you a list once I am finished unless there are changes please reach out through text asap ( not Facebook messenger or this post, things get lost in Facebook land)
If you need special accommodations for the day, such as early drop off or need to have them finished by a certain time or can not pick up within 45 mins of them being finished please reach out ahead of time to make sure I can accommodate you for that day, as I just won’t always have the space or ability to keep your pets longer than their allotted time.
If someone else new is dropping off or picking up your dog this important for me to know ahead of time, I will not send your babies home with someone I do not know or wasn’t made aware of ahead of time. If they are not paying for the services please contact me so services can be paid for before pick up.
I know this a lot but due to these health issues I have to make the changes so I can continue to do what I love but also make sure your babies are taken care of with the best I can with my new limitations. Again this is extremely hard for me to even write, let alone have to go through, patience and time will help all of us in the long run. And I want to thank every one of you for letting me love your fur babies as much as I have over the years.
