Think your child wouldn’t love fostering? This little note might change your mind.

“I will always love you and never forget. Please find a good home.”

Written by a child to their foster puppies, these words capture something special: a temporary home can hold a whole lot of love. Saying goodbye can be hard, but helping them find a family is something to be proud of.

We need foster homes for moms with puppies and larger dogs. You must have no other dogs in your home. We’ll provide the supplies and support—you provide a safe place and love.

Meet Jane! This little 7-pound love bug is full of personality! She loves to cuddle and will sleep right next to you in bed. Her favorite activities include playing with her little toys, going on walks, but above all else her favorite game is to play tag with the lizards.

Jane walks well on a leash and is potty trained. She will add lots of love and laughs to your life once she picks you as her person!

Now she's ready to find her forever home...

Faye is one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. She's just so loving and affectionate. She's already house trained and well-behaved. Faye is just ready for a soft bed to lounge on, a family to adore her, and plenty of pampering.

Join us at the pumpkin patch tonight for Barks & Brews from 6-8PM! Enjoy live music, brew samples, and a pet costume contest with prizes for the cutest, spookiest, and most creative costumes!

The fun doesn't stop there—bring the little ones for Storytime with the Fairy Godmother tomorrow from 10-11AM. Then shop the Night Market on Thursday from 6:30-9:30PM! The pumpkin patch will be open for each of these events.

Get into the fall spirit, snap some adorable pictures, and pick a pumpkin for a great cause. Every pumpkin purchased goes directly to helping the dogs and cats in our care.

It's Happy Tails Tuesday!

Tiggy, formerly Hulu, joined her family in October 2021. Then in July 2025, they saw longtime resident Rex featured on our page. The moment they met him, they knew he belonged at home with them, completing their rescue pack alongside Rosco, a former foster fail from Compassion Kind.

Today, the three are the very best of friends! Their favorite pastime is racing around the yard with Tiggy leading the pack and the other two right behind her. Once playtime is over, you'll find all three piled together on the couch in true couch-potato fashion.

Their family says they are the sweetest, goofiest dogs and keep everyone entertained daily. We're so happy two of our dogs, including Rex the longtime stay, joined such a fantastic family!

We’re not sure what this move is called, but Adele really gave it her all!

Playgroup is always a fun time, but we wouldn’t mind a smaller turnout this week… if it means more of these pups are busy settling into forever homes.
