✂️ We’re looking for an experienced part-time groomer to join our Lakewood Ranch team, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as their clientele builds.

This is a W-2 position, and we’re looking for someone who wants more than just a place to groom dogs. We want someone interested in growth, building a loyal clientele, and becoming a dedicated part of our team.

🐾✂️ Week TWO of groomer training for Rebekah! ✂️🐾

We’re so excited to watch Rebekah continue learning and growing as she works her way through our groomer training program! She’s training under Skyler’s expert care, learning everything from proper prep and handling to grooming techniques, finishing work, and all the little details that go into a beautiful groom. 🩷

But becoming a great groomer is about so much more than just the haircut! She’s also learning the client side of the job — consultations, communicating with owners, understanding what they’re looking for, making recommendations, and building those relationships that are such a huge part of what we do.

Over the next couple of months, she’ll continue building her skills and confidence, and before we know it, she’ll be opening up her very own calendar and welcoming clients of her own!

We’re so excited to have Rebekah taking this next step with The Hound Lounge and can’t wait for you all to watch her progress with us! 🐶✨

As many of you know, Sasha will be starting her maternity leave on August 1st! 💕 We wish her and her growing family all the best as they prepare to welcome their little one. We’re hoping to have her back around November 1st, but in the meantime, we’ve got a great team ready to keep your pups looking and feeling their best!

🐾 Amanda will be at our Parrish salon Monday–Thursday and Lakewood Ranch on Fridays (with the occasional Saturday). Our monthly Cat Days will continue as usual!

🐾 Jessica will be expanding her schedule to Monday through Friday beginning in mid-August, creating even more grooming appointment availability.

🐾 Caissy has appointments available at our Parrish salon on Thursdays and will continue grooming at Lakewood Ranch Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

🐾 Juan will continue grooming Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, with alternating Saturdays, and we’ll be opening additional appointments in his schedule over the next few weeks.

🐾 Abigail will continue offering Spa Bath appointments at our Parrish location.

🐾 Tasha, Skyler, Brittani, and Rose will all be here doing what they do best—providing the same exceptional care you’ve come to expect from The Hound Lounge.

🐾 We’re also excited to welcome Rebekah, our newest grooming student! She’ll be based at our Lakewood Ranch salon, learning from our experienced team as she begins her grooming career.
