Dr. Hernandez treated the staff to homemade breakfast today in honor of Vet Tech Week🥞💗

🥳🎉Happy Vet Tech Week!! We are taking time this week to celebrate all of our awesome staff who often don't get the praise and appreciation they deserve. They show up everyday for the kisses and cuddles but also stay for the tough times. Through laughter and tears, healthy and sick times, from the beginning to the end, they are here for you and your fur babies. I couldn't be more proud of how hard my team works and how much they feel like family. 🤗If you are visiting us this (or any) week, let them know you appreciate them too.💕

Louie came in for his annual exam today and addressed some concerns with limping 🩼
Annual exams are a great time to address any questions or concerns you may have about your pets health🏥(although we’re obviously more than happy to see them any time for any concerns you may have or to just say hi😄).

The Big Paws team is running the Frosty 5k again! We will have a booth so if you’d like to come visit or cheer your favorite team on please come say hi!

🚨❄️ RETURNING SPONSOR ALERT! ❄️🚨

We are SO excited to welcome Big Paws Animal Hospital BACK to the Frosty 5K family, as a PLATINUM SPONSOR! 🐾💙

There is something extra special about a sponsor who comes back year after year to support our events and our race community. It means so much to us to have local businesses who believe in what we’re building at My Favorite Race Events and continue to be part of it.

And honestly… Big Paws + a Yeti? This partnership was meant to be. 😂🐾❄️

A HUGE thank you to the entire Big Paws Animal Hospital team for continuing to support the Frosty 5K and for stepping up in such a BIG way this year!

Welcome BACK to the Frosty family, Big Paws! We’re so happy to have you! ☃️🐾💙

Today on the 25th anniversary of 9/11, we remember and honor the lives we lost. We also honor the dedication of so many American Heroes through out the tragedy and thank them for their sacrifice💙

Roselle & Salty, guide dogs for the blind, were just 2 of an estimated 300+ canines present on 9/11 and the days following the attack. Roselle was on the 78th floor of the first tower when the impact happened and Salty was on the 71st. Roselle guided her owner and 30 other people to safety down 1,463 steps out of the tower eventually crossing paths with fire fighters heading up and through the falling debris when the second tower fell into a subway station. Salty refused to leave his owners side and assisted him and his supervisor down 71 flights to safety.

Both of these heroes received a Dickin Medal for their bravery, love and dedication to their owners and their job. 🇺🇸
