Deja's final count is 9! We unfortunately lost a black female as she was born sleeping. So we have 8 beautiful and healthy black and chocolate babies! 🤎🖤

We ended with 3 black males, 2 black females, 2 chocolate males and 1 chocolate female!

Momma and babies are doing great! Deja is extremely protective towards the other dogs, so we've been keeping her very quiet and calm around her kennel area. Everyone has gained weight since birth as well.

She currently has 2 black females, 1 chocolate female, 3 black males and 1 chocolate male. We'll update as she continues today. ❤️

Did you know, when any of our litters are born, we are with them the entire time? No matter the time of day, we make it a priority to be with our mommas and litters. We clear our schedules and change plans to make sure we are here for each momma and her new litter. We clean, weigh, collar, and record everything when they are born. We are commited to help each whelping and to ensure we don't have issue's that can be solved by us, or brought into the vet immediately if needed. We love our girls, and we only want the best for them and the safest delivery possible.

We got clean carpet squares this morning, clean box, and new collars. Stella enjoyed some time away from her babies to go snoop around outside. Life is good for these 8! ❤️

Oh Deja... Just release the hostages already! 😅

Her due date is tomorrow and no temp drop as of yet! We've had some fluids leak out today and yesterday, but no other signs! She is such a tiny dog... but she is an absolute unit right now. She lays in that whelping box and infront of it on the floor, just flipping back and forth from side to side... on her back, legs up in the air. Anyway to get comfortable!

Definitely think we could go past tomorrow even!

The bakers dozen is growing everyday!

We got started on puppy mash a couple days ago and we love it. We are SO MESSY eating though! Typsy sure has a hay day cleaning up her crew.

We also are getting started on our potty trays with wood shavings so we get used to going to the bathroom in there. We've had some success already but a long ways to go!
