Went and found a nice Hart co. buck this afternoon. About a 300 yard track to find him DOA.

Found two doe last night. First was hit leg/brisket Gibby took her about 750 yards before she bayed up in a ditch. The other was an easy 75 yard track.

Gibby got the call this afternoon to come help Hayden with Backwoods Taxidermy find a nice Franklin county buck. He managed to make it about 800 yards before he fell.

Breast cancer has touched the lives of far too many families, including members of our own hunting and tracking community. This year, we wanted to use the reach of the SCTD family to do a little more than simply raise awareness.

Our Tracking Hope Breast Cancer Awareness shirts are officially available!

Throughout October, we’re encouraging our SCTD trackers to trade their normal tracking shirts for pink whenever they can. Whether we’re walking into the woods, meeting a hunter, attending an event, or celebrating a recovery, we hope these shirts can serve as a small reminder of those who are fighting, those we’ve lost, and the families impacted by breast cancer.

🩷 100% OF THE PROCEEDS from every Tracking Hope shirt sold will be donated to a nonprofit supporting the fight against breast cancer.

And you don’t have to be a tracker to join us! Hunters, families, friends, and supporters of SCTD — we’d love to see you wearing one too.

Got a call last night to come find a doe. Super easy track. Great fella to track for made a great shot. Just happens to be color blind. Gibby made quick work of it and I helped get her out of the woods.

After this morning's encounter with a coyote I think Gibby's life mission is to try and make them starve to death. No blood after the first 50 yards and DOA at about 250.

Made the drive to Wilkes Co this morning and found a nice 10 pt. He was still alive and we had to take him right out of a coyotes mouth.

Took Gibby over to Madison county and let him bay up a nice velvet buck. Gibby found him at about 600 yards and had the breaks put on at about 150 more.

Started Gibby's season off with an easy one. Ran about 150 yards through a thick clear cut before she fell.
