"Cole" is a beautiful, Pitzer Ranch bred, coming two year old gelding. I have not been in a hurry to list him as I would love to keep him for my personal horse, but I have enough that I am not utilizing at the moment.

This horse is the definition of "in your pocket"! He's extremely kind and gentle! He absolutely loves people and would rather live in your house with you than be with other horses. He is still a yearling and growing. He is currently butt-high but should even out within the next couple of months. He is halter broke, leads, ties, trailers and trims. All of the hard work has been done. He has nice, black feet. The only white markings are a small star and snip. Cole is a true black and doesn't fade! A beautiful, inky black 🖤 He is as cute as a button!

It's been a long time since we've shared our 2025 stallion prospect from our program 🤩

"Hugo" was one baby from 2025 that we just couldn't let go! I had no intentions to keep any c**ts last year, but by golly, this is c**t sure embodies everything that we envisioned when we had built our program! He stays!

Hugo is sired by Tibbs" ~ 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒈𝒏𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒂 and out of a good producing mare from our broodmare band, 𝑱𝑻 𝑩𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝑫𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒓. He is on track to be very close to 15.3 HH and 1300 #! He has a fantastic disposition as well! Hugo is a grulla roan in color and is homozygous black and 6-panel NN (EE, aa, Dnd2, nRN, nW20)

We got some exciting news the other day! Our ginormous, beautiful, sweet mare Zora is expecting her first foal next spring 😍
We paired Zora with our appaloosa stallion MHS Helios Of Orion back in late May. This foal is going to be spectacular!

I bet that most of you didn't know that we own a draft horse? Zora is a coming 5 year old registered, black shire mare. She is an absolute gentle soul that begs for pets and hugs in the pasture. Orion is a registered, black few-spot appaloosa stallion. This cross is guaranteed to be black with appaloosa characteristics 🤗
Can you imagine that one?! I am praying for a lot of spots and pretty feathered feet, but a big, healthy foal is the most important outcome!

We're back!!

Wow, our weather is changing fast! It rained here for 10 days straight last week after our drought ridden summer! On top of that, I brought home some nasty germs from the annual fall c**t sale in Mandan, ND. I haven't been that sick since 2😷2🤢

The return of the sunshine has instantly cured my desire for the couch 🌞 I went out to all of our pastures and refilled our mineral feeders. Our 2026 foals are still in the summer pastures with their dams. We are lucky to have late grass so we will hold off on weaning for as long as possible. They look so big and healthy out there!

I took some beautiful photos while I was out in our pasture up north. It was a peaceful evening that was very much needed ❤️‍🩹
There's some stunning foals in this herd that haven't been spoken for yet.

"Lacey" has been a great asset to our breeding program for many years! She has produced some stellar foals that aren't only gorgeous, but performance horses as well! We really hate to part with this nice mare, but we need to make room for our own stock that we kept back to replace some of these older mares. Lacey still has many years and foals to give for another breeder. She is halter, broke, leads, trailers, but is not easy to trim. Fortunately she has amazing genetics and beautiful, self-maintained feet! Lacey stays well-fed with good grass pasture and quality hay in the winter. We do not grain our mares. She has lived her life on the big, open prairies of SD 365 days a year and she probably wouldn't want it any other way. These are the kind that we keep!

Lacey sells bred to our amazing stallion Ch*****ne Casanova! Her 2027 foal will be the 3rd cross for this pair. She currently has a grulla ch*****ne c**t at her side that we have contemplated keeping. She is pictured below with her 2025 grulla ch*****ne filly and her 2026 grulla ch*****ne c**t. This cross will produce either a grulla or grulla ch*****ne foal for you guaranteed!
