Assistant Trainer — Boulder, Colorado.

White Dog Farm/ Farraway Stud in Boulder, CO is looking for a motivated, experienced horse person to join our team as an Assistant Trainer.

We are specializing in horse breeding, training, boarding, and sales, and we are looking for someone who wants to be involved in all aspects of the horse business.

Applicants must have:
- Strong riding ability — discipline is not specific. We welcome riders from Western, Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, Eventing, or other backgrounds.
- Experience with c**t starting and young horses
- Someone who is a self-starter and can work independently
- A team player attitude
- Interest in continuing to learn and develop as a horse professional

Breeding & Young Horse Experience Is a bonus but not required.
A strong interest in breeding is a big plus.
Our program includes:
- Stallion collection
- Broodmare care
- Foaling and foal care
- Young horse development
- Breeding management
And all other aspects of a busy breeding operation
We are happy to teach the breeding side of things to someone who has the right horsemanship, work ethic, and desire to learn.

The Position Includes:
- On-site housing
- Salary
- Hands-on experience in a diverse breeding, training, boarding, and sales operation
- Opportunity to teach riding lessons if interested
- Opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas of the equine industry

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their experience, expand their horsemanship, and become involved in a wide range of professional horse activities.
