Out hacking on Boulder Open Space trails with young stallion prospect Harry. We are blessed to have these trails on the doorstep with plenty of nature and obstacles for young horses to gain confidence. Today we saw plenty of cyclists, a few deer, crossed two bridges, a stream, and “jumped” (stepped over) some logs. All in one 30 min hack.

Harry has passed the x-rays required for inspection and awaits the next inspection tour in the USA. He will be available to a few mares next year depending on how our phantom training goes in Jan/Feb.

While it makes me feel slightly nauseous to write this, I do have purebred Class One inspected and approved mare Bailey (Ainninn Realta) up for sale.

As I am retaining her filly this year, and I cannot keep them all. I would love to see Bailey go to a riding home for a little bit as she has contributed nicely to the purebred breeding herd over here in North America and she is still young.

I backed her as a 4 year old and before she was put in foal she trail rode a bunch, jumped a bit, went hunting with the Arapahoe Hunt and has up to first level dressage. She has not been ridden for 3 years but she is an easy easy mare and won't take much of a restart.

She is currently in foal and can be sold now or next year after weaning.
