This Baxter Video Memory is from February 25, 2020, that was one year after Baxter was attacked by another dog in front of Banfield. Baxter was a 15-year-old Beagle at the time of this video. On Feb. 24, 2019, Baxter was attacked by another dog. At that time, luckily we were ourside of Banfield Pet Hospital. I rushed him into Banfield and they tended to Baxter's wound. Because it was so severe, they referred us to the Veterinary Specialty Center in Lynnwood, Washington. After months of healing and receiving a skin graft, the wound area is healed. Baxter has had a few more issues to deal with too this past year. But, overall Baxter is in good shape for his age. He still has lots of energy most of the time. He Loves his walks! "

This Baxter Video Memory is from May 9, 2020. At that time Bax was 15 years old. On our walks, Baxter and I met so many different dogs and people over the years. My sweet Beagle named Baxter crossed the Rainbow Bridge on January 20, 2021. He was my best friend for for 16 years. Baxter had his left eye removed in 2013 due to glaucoma complications. On November 13, 2020, Baxter's right eye was getting attacked by melanoma coming through his eye socket. In the first week of December, the poor little guy had his right eye removed too. He went through so much, but his will to live and love of life kept him going! At the end, Bax was fighting cancer, he now was blind, and he just experienced a seizure. I didn't want my friend to suffer anymore. The sweet boy crossed the Rainbow Bridge on January 20, 2021, at age 16! I love you Baxter and I will see you again one fine day in Heaven!!! (Baxter battled so much during the last 2 years of his life, but that sweet boy, with the doctors and my help, fought valiantly against a number of hardships) This is a Baxter Memory from 7 years ago, February 24, 2019. On that day in 2019, I wrote this: "Hi everyone, I am asking you to pray for Baxter. While walking him, a dog twice his size attacked him. It happened so suddenly I couldn't save him from the attack. The dog bit into Baxter's side and gripped him. The owner and I pulled to try to separate them but, in doing so a fairly large section of Baxter's skin and fur was ripped. Baxter is now in the emergency area of a specialty veterinary center. He is being treated now and will have some surgery in the next couple of days. He will be treated with pain medication and diagnosed. Hopefully, he will come back home in four or five days. The next day it will be determined how to treat the large wound. Thank you everyone in advance for your thoughts and prayers for my best friend Baxter."

BAXTER THE BEAGLE MEETS AN IRISH WOLFHOUND -(RIP BAXTER JAN. 13, 2005- JAN.20, 2021). In this video from October 1, 2019, Baxter sees an Irish wolfhound! Baxter was at the Cancer Vet and waiting for his appointment! I love you Baxter and miss you dearly! At the time of this video, Baxter was 14 years old.

This Baxter Video Memory is from May 10, 2020. At that time Baxter was 15 years old. I really miss my loving friend Baxter who went through so many hardships in his last 2 years of life. In those 2 years, Baxter got attacked by a dog, was diagnosed with cancer, had two vestibular episodes, and endured many Vet visits and treatments. But through it all, Bax carried on and loved his life! But he couldn't beat cancer. On December 2, 2020, he lost his second eye because melanoma was invading his eye socket. On December 31, 2020, Baxter was scheduled for euthanasia because of aggressive cancer. I decided to put off euthanasia because his cancer Vet thought the cancer was not spreading that fast. It seemed like he knew he was given more life by how many times he did his happy "Baxter Beagle Wiggle" after euthanasia had been canceled! In the end, Bax was fighting cancer, he now was blind, and he just experienced a seizure. I didn't want my friend to suffer anymore.
