My clients love this time of year. The changing, fluffy texture of snow makes for a unique playground, encouraging exploration and play like chasing snowballs or rolling around. Snow provides a great surface for running, leaping, and digging, helping dogs expend energy. Like kids on a playground, dogs find immense joy in the new environment, engaging in activities like catching snowflakes or burying their noses. Even though Mila and Roxy could play all day, Dogs with thick coats can easily overheat, and the snow provides a natural way to cool down.

😸 KeKe! I’m here to walk Ms Maci Monday thru Friday when comes this bundle of warmth. KeKe was skittish when puppy Maci arrived to her home. A good exercise before getting the two acquainted meanwhile sharing the family home was important for their future relationship together. Being knowledgeable of the two; I spent a devoted period of time after Maci’s walk while they slowly acclimated in one another’s company. With this, KeKe now roams her entire home greeting me at the door happily like the little boss she is.

Meet Willow! This cutie of an older lady didn’t get spooked for her holiday Halloween weekend visits. Some of my clients need that extra tender touch of special love when not well. Drops are applied to the surface of Willow’s eyes twice a day to help lubricate them, soothe inflammation and treat infections. Distributing medicine with confidence is a reassuring feeling for the owner while away.

It’s Friday! Mila & Roxy thought with the wet weather, it’d be a good idea to work on our listening skills. A dog listening to its handler is crucial for safety, building a strong and trusting bond, and ensuring the dog’s overall well-being. Obedience allows for clear communication and a harmonious relationship, making the dog a well-adjusted companion in various environments.

Ms Roxy gets a visit from myself & Ms Mila Monday - Friday. Like any day, Roxy is FULL of energy when not running along her owner on a 10mi bike ride. Spite the thick cloud between us & the sun, playing tug is always an open invitation. Did you know?
