We recently discovered this Mulberry Lemonade Mocktail is the perfect pairing to a sunny Spring day 🍋🩷🌞 Recipe below!

If you’re having trouble sourcing mulberries — don’t fear, we got you! See us at Natick any Saturday or get YOUR OWN MULBERRY TREE 🙀🌳 this Saturday May 9th at the Roslindale Plant Sale & Flea Market in Adams Park 9am-1pm!

Mulberry Syrup Recipe:
4 cups ripe mulberries
1 cups water
1 cup sugar (or adjust to taste)
Generous squeeze of citrus juice

Instructions:
Put mulberries and water in a pot.
Bring to a boil then reduce to a gentle simmer; cook ~6 min until berries start to break down.
Add in sugar and mix until homogenized.
Remove from stove, and let cool.
Add in citrus juice to balance out the sweetness.
(Feel free to strain out seeds)
Mix desired amount with your favorite lemonade, serve with ice, and add an edible flower to garnish! 🌸

Pro-tip: this drink mix also works perfectly for popsicles later in the summer!😜

Walking our Butterfly path next to our farm, we noticed girdling from rabbits occurred on our shrubs during the winter. This might have happened at your home too if you grow plants outside. 🐇

The good news is we have healthy plants for sale on our website! You can browse our plants, including elderberry, fig, and more at wegrowmicrogreens.com, searching for your favorite potted plant! 🪴
