In the interest of providing superior veterinary care, we will open with a modified curbside protocol. We ask, upon your arrival, you call our main number 617-588-4022 and let us know you are here either ready to come inside or you will be remaining curbside and one of
our staff will come get your pet. If you are comfortable entering the hospital, one of our staff will direct you and your pet immediately to an exam. Per Gov Baker’s order - masks are required by all individuals. We are minimizing our human contact and ask you to remain in your exam room until you are escorted out at the end of your visit. In the interest of keeping everyone safe, we require that you remain 6 feet from staff at all times. In some instances, this may lead us to remove your pet from the exam room for treatments in order to maintain the health and safety of both yourself and our staff. If you wish to remain curbside, we would also be very happy to examine your pet in one of our windowed front rooms. We will be fully decontaminating and rotating exam rooms in between clients and have installed Bipolar Ionization strips in our HVAC system. Please note, this protocol could change in the future dependent on the progression of the Covid-19 pandemic.
