Would you look at that, tomorrow’s the next Reptile Show!! 😜😊
As you’re at the show tomorrow, here’s some unwritten reptile show etiquette and rules you should know:
If you’re buying an animal or product that you’re not able to test right away (light bulb for example) it’s always a good idea to take a business card or a picture of the vendors name, just in case you have questions or issues later, you’ll know who to contact.
Not all vendors take card! It’s always a good idea (if you can do it safely) to bring cash to any type of show, as not every vendor has a card reader. Sometimes we have an atm out in the lobby, plus speedway is just a short walk away if you need an atm.
Be nice! Some vendors travel 3-4 hours just to be here, some even sleeping in their cars just so they have time to set up at 6am.
Not everyone that comes to shows like snakes or spiders, etc. please do not scare anyone if you know they’re afraid of a certain animal. It not only stresses the animal and person, but it’s also not good for the hobby.
