Last week, we celebrated our incredible Client Service Representatives who keep our clinic running with heart, patience, and compassion 💙🐾

From the first phone call to the final “thank you,” our CSRs are the calm in the chaos, the friendly voice on tough days, and the smiling faces that welcome every pet and person through our doors. They juggle schedules, comfort worried pet owners, and somehow make it all look effortless.

To our amazing CSR team: thank you for your dedication, your kindness, and the countless ways you go above and beyond every single day. We see you, we appreciate you, and we couldn’t do this without you.

VCA Riverside would like to congratulate our very own technician Nova for winning the 97th World Championship Sled Dog Derby six dog classic. Her team consisted of some veteran dogs Mako, Tok and Peaches but also two up comers from a recent litter Reese's and Poptart. It has been amazing to watch her race this team and add in new generations to her line up. Someone in the crowd stated as she passed by, "wow, those dogs look really happy." We can confirm that they love their jobs and live the best life! Congrats Parity Racing!!!
