On July 18, at approximately 9:40 a.m., an individual was walking in the 600 block of Evergreen Street when they heard a dog barking and observed the dog run across the street toward them. The individual was bitten on the leg and jumped onto a nearby truck to avoid further injury. The dog fled only after the individual kicked it. It was last seen running south on Canyon Street.
The animal is believed to be a Fox Terrier-type mix or a similar breed dog. It has short hair and is primarily white with brown and black markings. The dog has a long tail and is medium-sized, standing approximately knee-high.
