We haven't completely settled our puppy plans for 2026

​We do plan/hope to have a litter in 2026, we just haven't firmed up the details and timing. It will be with Tuppence, which will be her first litter, but we haven't decided on a stud yet. We expect her to come into heat in the spring, which means a summer litter. We will probably open the applications in April/May. We don't have a waiting list yet, so keep an eye on this page for news.

I typically dont post dead bird pics but i had to this time for the old girls. Darby (13 yrs) and Purdey (11) still getting it done in Kansas. Paxi and Tuppence both came in heat last week and had to stay home. Our hunts may be a little shorter this year but the birds are plentiful and they’re loving it!

Love to see our pups getting in done on wild birds! Soothes the soul.

We get many questions about our next litter. Hopefully we will have one sometime in the spring or summer of 2026. As we often say, it depends on the dogs! Trust us, we will definitely let the world know when we have solid plans. 😉

If you've been thinking about entering an AKC hunt test, there's a "Double-double" weekend at Sandhills Pointing Breeds Club, Inc (near Pinehurst, NC) in early November. There are two tests each day, which makes it possible to get 4 qualifying legs for a Junior Hunter, Senior Hunter, or Master Hunter title.
