Trying all 3 cats together today. Caesar was a little nicer today but still had stiff boundaries on getting too lovey dovey just yet. Cat body language is so interesting - just as much as dogs!

Everyone, please officially welcome Rosey (shelter name Twiggy) to our family! She’s a 5 month old kitten we adopted this weekend.

Right now she’s been in my son’s room bonding with him and getting comfortable with us all.

She’s met Luna, my daughter’s cat, and they’ve become quick friends.

Today, I introduced Caesar, my 10 year old beast who rules all of our creatures and he was less than amused; so that will take some time for his old grumpy self. I’m sure in no time they’ll be friends too.

Our dogs will be last to greet her. We’re in a transition period around the house and providing each of the cats monitored greetings to build positive interactions and relationships.
