Random life update 🤩
Our 3 kiddos (minus our adventure cat Yeti)
Petey is our newest and last addition and he is the most perfect pup we could ask for. The relationship between Griff and Maeve is incredible, like the best relationship between 2 dogs that I’ve ever seen, a true love and best friend vibe…add Petey in and it’s even better 😭🥹💕
They settle so well around each other and obviously play so damn good - we have been loving our micro-adventures with these hooligans 🥰
Update on Griff since he is the dog that I’ve talked about the most on this page - I was attempting to get back into bitework this time last year but after several workshops I’ve decided to stop and it’s been for the best for both of our mentals (if you know our story from the beginning you get it). Too much trauma from our wack ass start (find mentors/decoys in California that actually care about you, your dogs, your goals - ones that actually coach you on what to do especially if this is your first working dog ever and your first time in dog sports ever, also make sure they explain why you’re doing what you’re doing y’all) He’s a happy ass adventure Dutchie now and our relationship is better than is ever been thanks to me following some trainers on Patreon 🌲
Anywho, in general my husband and I’s life is getting to a much better spot (we just went through a very hard several months back to back in Fall/Winter/Spring, so many crazy and terrible things happened all at once) but we are here now, slowly but surely digging ourselves out of that chaos and getting back into a normal life flow. The summer sunshine will continue to help!!!
