🐾 BOOT’S UPDATE — HE’S READY FOR HIS FOREVER HOME! 🐾

Boots is right around 8 weeks old and completely healthy. He is litter box trained, dewormed, treated with parasite prevention, and ready for some love and affection. ❤️

He’s a sweet little guy who enjoys being held and cuddled , he just prefers not to be scruffed. 🥰

We’ve had zero contributions and no serious adoption interest for Boots so far, so we wanted to give everyone an honest update and explain what happens next.

His estimated follow up veterinary care, including:
• Vaccines
• Neuter
• Microchip
• Full wellness/healthcare to bring him up to date

comes to approximately $400 through our discounted veterinary care.

📋 The attached estimate is for veterinary care only. It does NOT include food, litter, supplies, or anything else he may need.

We would love to keep Boots from becoming another outdoor cat. If we cannot find him a home, the worst case plan would be for him to enter our TNR program, but our goal is absolutely to find him a safe, loving indoor home first. One less cat on the streets is always the goal. ❤️

🐱 HOW YOU CAN HELP:

If we can raise enough donations to cover Boots’ veterinary bill, we can waive his adoption fee for the right adopter.

Otherwise, an approved adopter is welcome to take Boots home and assume responsibility for completing his veterinary care.

Either way, we are looking for someone who is committed to giving this little guy the safe, loving life he deserves.

If you can’t adopt, a share or small donation can make a huge difference. Even a few dollars toward his $400 veterinary plan gets us closer to keeping him safely indoors.

This is Jerry, our 17yr old Chiweenie, who spent most of his life going from shelter to shelter, always unwanted and never knowing what it felt like to truly have a home. 💔

Then he found us… and apparently decided he never needed anyone else again. 😂❤️

He’s handsome. He knows it. And honestly, we’re just lucky he chose us. 🥹

So do the right thing: hit ❤️ for Jerry and let this little man know he’s finally seen. 🐾

🐾 BONDED GOLDENDOODLE SIBLINGS NEED A HOME ASAP 🐾

Lucy & Lucas | 5 years old | ~70–80 lbs each

Lucy and Lucas are brother and sister who have spent their entire lives together and MUST be adopted together. They are a bonded pair and should not be separated.

❤️ About them:
• Very affectionate and loving
• Great with children
• No known health problems , they have rarely, if ever, been sick
• she’s Spayed but he needs to be neutered
• They are shy/fearful with cats and have not been properly socialized around them
• They are overdue for professional grooming and require regular, high maintenance grooming due to their Goldendoodle coats

Lucy & Lucas are looking for a loving home that understands the commitment of caring for two large Goldendoodles, including regular grooming, veterinary care, and keeping them together for life.

❤️ HELP US FIND THE RIGHT DOG FOR A VERY SPECIAL PERSON ❤️

We received a difficult call from a longtime client and friend who is unfortunately facing cancer for the second time. The good news is that he is incredibly resilient and remains in good spirits, but he could really use some companionship and support during this next chapter.

He is looking for a larger, preferably older, calm and well mannered dog who could potentially accompany him to cancer treatments and provide some comfort and companionship along the way. We’re especially interested in a dog with a service/therapy type temperament confident, gentle, people friendly, adaptable, and comfortable traveling.

Most importantly, this would be a forever home. ❤️ His animals are family and are very well cared for, and he already has a backup plan in place to ensure they are taken care of no matter what the future brings. He is not looking for a dog that would be left behind.

We are hoping there may be an older dog, retired service/working dog, or larger adult dog in need of a loving home who would be a wonderful match for him.

Boots has a veterinary appointment Tuesday to make sure there are no contagious illnesses and to begin the vetting process. We want this sweet baby to start over on a clean slate and be ready for the loving forever home they deserve. 🏡❤️

🐾 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED — BONITA BAY 🐾

We’re looking for a volunteer, small group of volunteers, or another rescue organization that has some time to help us trap a feral mama cat and her kittens in Bonita Bay.

At the moment, all of our volunteers are tied up working on other rescue projects and feral communities that require daily attention, so we could really use some extra hands for this particular situation. ❤️

🪤 We have a humane trap available to lend.
💪 What we need is some manpower and time to help with the trapping process.

We have a Bonita Bay resident who is willing to help us get into the community and show us where mama and the kittens are located.

Feral cat/trapping experience is preferred but NOT required. We’re happy to coordinate and help guide the process.

If you are a local volunteer, rescue group, or experienced TNR person who has some availability and would like to help get this mama and her babies to safety, please send us a message.

C**t is a handsome 7 yr old guy weighing around 50 lbs who is ready to find his forever family! ❤️

He’s a true people dog and loves being around his humans. C**t is friendly with men, women, and children and enjoys being included in all the fun. Whether it’s going for a walk, running around the park, or simply spending time with his favorite people, C**t is happiest when he’s by your side.

He is up to date on his veterinary care and would do best in a home without cats. 🐱❌

At 7 years old, C**t has plenty of life and love left to give and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal, affectionate dog who enjoys an active lifestyle.
