👋🏼 Farewell Noah!
Friends, I will miss talking to this pup🥲.

Why you ask?

Well, I named one of sons Noah, so I’ve spent the last 28 years saying that name on a daily basis AND Noah is Shannon’s middle name + a family name passed down from his grandfather and father - so the name is meaningful to both of us.

I put extra photos of Noah in this post; a newborn photo, a photo at 3 weeks and 6 weeks. Take a look at him growing into the handsome 8 week old pup he is! 🤩

Noah will be staying here in sunny Florida with his new family. I’ll post pupdates as I receive them.

👋🏼 Farewell Luna! 🌙
This stunning and sweet girl went off with her new parents today. Allison and Joe are also the proud parents of Teddy B. Koss and they decided to add another Bokee Farm Chi to their family. We are beyond grateful and honored to have yet another family come back for an additional pup from us. 🫶🏼

… And the way they told us they wanted a baby sister for Teddy is the cutest thing we have experienced to date, I saved it in my camera roll so that I could share it with you - swipe through to the final photo and see for yourself…

ADORABLE RIGHT?! 🥰

They also came bearing gifts, they brought me the most fragrant, beautiful flowers and a funny Chi pillow. So incredibly thoughtful and kind. Clearly Allison knows the way to my heart. 💜💗

Luna will be staying here in sunny Florida which always makes us happy.🌞

Nature vs. nurture? We think this little guy settled that debate today. 🤣

We came home from the grocery store and found one of Gemma’s 3-week-old puppies sound asleep... in a hammock he somehow created out of the blanket covering their enclosure. Meanwhile, all five of his littermates were perfectly content in a puppy pile on the floor. 🐶💤

Now, if you know his mama Gemma, this shouldn’t surprise you at all. She’s our resident problem-solver. This is the same dog who has figured out how to hold a chicken treat with her wrist, and who uses her paw to dip into the puppies’ water bowl and lick the water through a metal enclosure. We’re convinced she spends her free time inventing new ways to outsmart us. 😂

Apparently, her son inherited the family genius gene (as did his chocolate coat sister).

So what do you think? Is he:

👑 A tiny king who refuses to sleep on the floor?

Friends, please help us wish Shakira a very happy birthday!

🥰 Shakira is one of our smallest Chi’s with a temperment as sweet as sugar. Such a baby doll. Check out the photo of her as a wee pup waiting for us to pick her up. She’s always been so darn adorable!

We’ll give her a pup cup as soon as we arrive home, so be sure to check out our stories every day. 🍨

Possum’s litter is 6 weeks old and beginning to explore their surroundings in the house - all the new smells and textures are both scary and exciting to them at the same time. 😱🤩

Age appropriate socialization and enrichment activities are extremely important for raising confident, happy puppies and we take it very seriously at Bokee Farm.

You can see some of the pups embracing the new freedom and one in particular not so happy about it. But don’t worry, that little guy is gonna kick up his heels as soon as he realizes all is well and he is safe out in our living room. 🥰
