Hi all - we are in serious need of property help!! 🫨 ‼️
One of our lots is overgrown with cheat grass (which is horrible for horses and can cause serious health issues). Had it mowed (no one would bag it) but was hopeful it would be chopped up enough, and mostly blow away - esp with the 20mph winds this past weekend! Unfortunately there are still piles of it everywhere. 😩 (Even worse for horses).
As well, the area we use for an arena needs to be leveled for us to do sessions and serve our community.
Without a tractor and most likely a disc harrow we are at a loss of how to make sure these horses stay healthy 😢
Do you or any other horse-people in the valley know anyone that would be willing to donate time/equipment and be able to help us? A, with a solution - B, the equipment or ability to do what needs to be done.
Any resources you may have would be such a blessing 🙏🏻🦄
