Happy weekend everyone! Its that time of year, the temperature is slowly dropping, which means pet parents are waiting just that extra bit longer to get their furry family members their haircuts. We've been booked out quite a bit this summer, but our schedules are starting to open up, so if you have been looking for your new pet groomer, consider this an invitation! We would love to meet you and your pup, and to give them the spa day they deserve. We may even have a few same day appointments available!
We hope to meet you soon!

Recently, we had a potential client upset that they were expected to do the legwork of vaccinating their pet before coming in for a grooming appointment. Rabies is serious. As in DEADLY. We don't mess around with this, as it is our responsibility to ensure our clients are not going to be exposed to a deadly virus. We ask that you do your part. https://www.facebook.com/share/1DRXcsYKqd/

𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 - This year alone, we’ve heard reports of rabies in 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝘀, including in our own region, as well as cases involving 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘇𝗼𝗼, 𝗮 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲, and even 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀.

Not all of these cases were local, but they’re an important reminder that rabies is very much still a risk.

Please make sure your animals are 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Dogs and cats aren’t the only animals that can be exposed. Horses and other livestock can be at risk, too.

Rabies is nearly always fatal once symptoms appear, but vaccination is one of the best ways to protect both animals and the people who care for them.
