Dear Valued Clients and Friends,
It is with a mixture of gratitude, joy, and sadness that I share some important news: after close to twenty-five wonderful years, I have decided to retire from pet grooming. My last day grooming will be August 21, and I will officially retire on September 1.
This decision has not come easily. Grooming has been much more than a career for me, it has been a privilege, a passion, and a way of life. Through The Pet Groomers, I have had the honor of caring for your beloved pets and getting to know so many incredible families. The trust you placed in me over the years is something I will never take for granted.
When you brought your pet through our doors, trusted me with a nervous puppy, a senior companion, or a pet with special needs, you were entrusting me with a member of your family. That trust meant everything to me. I have celebrated your pets' milestones, watched many of them grow from puppies and kittens into beloved seniors, and shared both joyful moments and difficult goodbyes. Those experiences have touched my heart in ways words cannot fully express.
Retirement is an exciting new chapter, but walking away from the pets and people who have been such an important part of my life is bittersweet. I will deeply miss the familiar faces, wagging tails, happy greetings, and the relationships that have been built over the years.
I step away, knowing that the talented groomers at The Pet Groomers will continue caring for your pets. I have complete confidence in them, they are compassionate professionals who genuinely love animals, and I know they will treat your pets with the same respect, kindness, patience, and affection.
For future grooming appointments after September 1, please continue to contact The Pet Groomers as you normally would. The team will be happy to assist you and ensure your pets receive the exceptional care they have become accustomed to.
Thank you for your loyalty, your friendship, your support, and most of all, your trust. The success of The Pet Groomers has always been because of wonderful clients like you. It has been one of the greatest privileges of my life to serve you and your pets, and I will always carry the memories of our time together.
