Hello! It's been awhile! I just finished these 2 portraits. Both 11x14 using Staedtler pencils. I haven't done graphite since high school and it was a lot of fun! I could get a lot more details in graphite than I can with colored pencils. My cell phone could not capture the picture as you see it in person. I really need to get better photos before they go to their owners. I will work on that :).

I wanted to share my latest commissions. A dear friend of mine asked me to draw her pups, Bijou and Marley for her. I finally finished them and got them to her yesterday. Such beautiful girls and fun to draw.! These are not framed yet, I just had them supported in extra mattes I had so I could deliver them safely. It took me much longer than I anticipated due to my work schedule. Thank you Cassie for the opportunity and your never ending patience!

After a week of what feels like non stop painting my craft room is done. Have some things still left to do but very excited to get everything and get back to some much needed art projects!
