Our hospital is an independently owned veterinary practice in the community of the Dry Creek Valley, nestled in Cartwright Ranch. Our veterinarian in Boise, ID offers a range of general practice appointments and services including wellness exams, long-term patient management, general surgery such as dental care, spay, neuter, and other soft tissue procedures, preventative care, and so much more! Our veterinarian and staff are passionate about providing excellent patient and client care.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten.

At Hidden Springs Animal Hospital , we understand the deep bond between military families and their beloved pets. These loyal companions provide comfort during deployments and unwavering support through difficult times. We are honored to care for the pets of those who have served our country.

Today, we remember not only our fallen heroes but also the military working dogs and service animals who served alongside them.

Our staff member Nicole adopted Jasmine from Best Friends Animal Shelter in Utah in 2014. She previously belonged to a rancher who couldn’t keep her. Even though she misses farm life and herding cattle, she has adapted to being a unicorn princess. She loves all things Idaho and being at her Moms side.

Happy National Rescue Dog Day!
Meet Fish — Our staff member Faith’s lovable Lab mix adopted from the Humane Society in Boise in April of 2024. Fish now lives on a small ranch with his best buddy Chewbacca. He loves to go duck hunting, helping Mom herd the goats, swimming and boating with his dad. His special skills include going stealth by hiding in the pastures to get out of baths and sneaking cat food. He also is very avid in “bear-like” activities: trying to get into the trash, attempting to catch fish from the pond, and scratching his butt on trees + bushes.

June is National Microchipping Month!

To celebrate, we’ve partnered with our microchip company to offer discounted microchips during our special event: Sips N’ Chips on Thursday June 11th!
Microchips will be available for just $35 during the event.
This is a pre-registration event, and a google form must be completed to reserve your pet’s spot.
If you have multiple pets needing microchips, please call the clinic to schedule a time slot. While you wait, enjoy an assortment of beverages including bubbly waters and sodas! We’ll also have tablets available at the clinic to help you finish registering your pet’s microchip on-site. 🐶🐱
