We will be training obedience through agility. You will learn various agility obstacles, implementing obedience skills appropriately, and appropriate handling skills.

Dogs & Handlers will learn:
- Basic obedience (sit, down, wait, place, etc)
- Leash skills
- Impulse control
- Proper reward timing
- Agility: jumps, A-Frame, Dog Walk, Tunnel, etc
- Each week will build new skills
This is intended to be a dynamic and exciting class that will keep you and your dog engaged while solidifying their basic obedience commands.

Here’s some of what we’ve been up to the last few months:
- Nala completed a 5 week board and train, she’s going to be a service dog for a Veteran. She was born for it!
- Booker achieved his Canine Good Citizen! He and his family put in a lot of great work
- Dojo got to train at Camp Canemo and meet up with some of his littermates. It was fun to see how they’ve all progressed
- Ginger is currently with us for a board and train to work on human reactivity and develop off leash skills
- Captain Bones the mini Aussie did awesome in his board and train for obedience
- Mavis and Pippin, the giant schnauzers, also did awesome with their board and train to sharpen up obedience and work on reactivity
- Baer Magnus came back for an obedience tune up/vacation
-Raya completed the puppy primer and developed some solid environmental skills
-Jack i.e. bull in a china shop, completed a board and train and learned some good manners and leash skills
-Bärli got into drafting and turns out he’s a natural!
-And we have been working with all of our great private lesson clients!

Dojo and I had an incredible week at NePoPo Gold School last week in Seymour, Missouri. I learned a ton and it was awesome to watch each trainer and dog work with the NePoPo system. I’m really inspired to share what I learned with my clients.
NePoPo is about ignition, heart, soul, and animal welfare. During the week I was challenged to work on my weaknesses as a trainer (public speaking), to step outside my comfort zone, and be open minded and creative about training.
I want to thank and her staff for providing an amazing setting for the school. I especially want to thank for being master coaches and patient with me as I asked the same questions over and over. I feel really lucky to have been taught by the Bellon’s and to have them help me with Dojo.
