ATTENTION HEARTLAND FAMILY!!
Exciting Changes Are Underway!

We're giving our hospital a fresh new look so we can better serve you and your pets! While construction is happening, we will remain open and continue seeing patients as scheduled.

During parts of the remodel, there may be some extra noise in the hospital. While many pets won't be bothered, some of our more anxious or behaviorally sensitive patients may find the unfamiliar sounds stressful.

If your pet is nervous during veterinary visits, has a history of anxiety, or is easily startled by loud noises, please let us know when scheduling your appointment. In some cases, our veterinarians may recommend pre-visit calming medication to help make the experience as safe and comfortable as possible.

As we work around the construction, you may also notice slightly longer wait times for appointments or at check-in. Our team is committed to providing every patient with the same high level of care and attention, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate these temporary adjustments.

We're doing everything we can to minimize disruptions and keep your pets comfortable throughout the renovation. Thank you for your understanding and support as we create an even better space for our patients, clients, and staff.

If your pet needs a refill of their calming medication, please reach out soon so we can make sure everything is ready before the holiday rush. If your pet has never been evaluated for anxiety, we'll need to schedule an appointment with one of our doctors to discuss the best options.

As we get ready to celebrate Memorial Day weekend with fireworks, cookouts, and time spent with friends and family, we want to remind everyone to plan ahead for your furry friends who may struggle with the noise and excitement.

If your pet may need calming medications, please reach out to us as soon as possible! To ensure we can refill medications before the holiday weekend, please contact us by tomorrow evening at 5:30 PM.
