WE ARE OPEN!

Recently we have expiernced a lot of our clients asking if we are closed due to the lack of sign on the front of our building, rest assured we are not we just are awaiting for a new sign to be made and installed since ours was damaged by wind and storms over the summer.

With that being said we have welcomed a new full time groomer, Jamie, to join Caitlyn and I in the salon!

We are fast approaching the holidays so prebook ASAP to secure you're spot on our schedules!

To ensure fairness amidst rising cancellations, we require at least 48hr advance notice before changing or canceling appointments. A fee of $45 per pet will be required to be paid before rebooking. This allows us to minimize disruptions while protecting our hardworking grooming staff who rely on commission-based income. Habitual offenders of this cancellation policy with be required to pay for services upfront at booking or possible termination of grooming services altogether. While we understand unforeseen circumstances happen as we are all human we simply ask to reach out to us in a timely manner. We hope you understand where we are coming from as a small business!
