⭐️New Year, New Us!⭐️
Hello customers! Here is our updated price list. Please know that we will be weighing each pet to make sure they are charged accordingly. We will keep that weight on file for all appointments.
Also we have updated our dematting charges and our handling fee. We will also have the customer release form for everyone to sign.
Please know that running a small business and paying for everything out of pocket is costly. We only raise prices to stay in business, buy supplies and help pay our staff. The cost of everything has gone up and we need to take that into account.
If you have any questions please feel free to message, call or text us. The salon will be open on Jan 8th and we look forward to getting the year started!!

Just a friendly reminder! As we gear up for the holidays, we have to just mention a few things.
🧡
We do charge a no show fee of 35$ per pet if the appointment is canceled less then 24hrs in advance.
🧡
There are dematting charges if the pet is matted to the point where we cannot just give the dog a bath right off the bat. It is anywhere from 15-30$ depending on the severity of the matts.
🧡
We charge 15$ extra for fleas found on your pet. To help ensure no other pets get them in the salon
🧡
We do close at 2pm. Due to customers consistently showing up late we will have to charge a 15$ per half hour after we close that we are here. Unless previously discussed and agreed upon at drop off, this charge will be added to your services upon pick up.
🧡
We also will try our hardest to get your pets done in a timely manner. Sometimes things happen out of our control and we may take a little longer. Please be patient and if ever concerned about your pet, feel free to message us for an update.
🧡
We hope everyone is having a great week and we look forward to seeing all our four legged friends! Thank you in advance for being understanding and considerate to us!
🧡

Please read this!!

We are approaching the holidays! If you have already been in the shop you’ve probably heard us say to book your holiday appointments early. WE CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!! November and December are our busiest months of the year and we fill up fast. Unfortunately due to how busy it is during those times we will not be able to do our normal turn around time on dogs. Granted we will not be keeping them all day with us but we will have slightly extended wait times.

Our holiday hours will be the following:

November 25th, 26th, and the 27th. We will be closed the 28th- Dec. 1, We will also be open the Saturday before thanksgiving week November 23rd

December We will be open the entire week before Christmas the 16th-21st and possibly open that Sunday the 22nd depending on how busy we get.

We will be working hard to accommodate everyone as much as we can but we cannot guarantee a appointment for anyone that waits till the last minute to book.

Please call or text our shop to book (830)-357-6159 or you can book online through this page!!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE 🐶🐱
