ALLOW US TO INTRODUCE OURSELVES👋

Hi, we’re Hill Country Animal League! Although we work closely with local animal rescues, we aren’t a rescue ourselves. We’re a nonprofit clinic that provides affordable spay and neuter surgeries, preventive wellness care, and resources that help pets live healthier lives.

With support from our thrift store, donors, and community, we’re working to prevent pet overpopulation and keep quality care accessible to families that need it.

732 spay/neuter surgeries. 732 happier pets. That was just one month of this year.🐾

Throughout July and August, the Texas Spay & Neuter Program helped make this essential care even more accessible to pet owners in our community. Every surgery means healthier pets, fewer unwanted litters, and a lasting impact on our community.

We’re proud of what we accomplished this summer, and the work doesn’t stop here. 💛

This National Dog Day, we’re celebrating every dog, from the ones already loved at home to those still waiting for their forever person. Through affordable care and partnerships with local rescues, HCAL helps animals get what they need before taking that next step toward home.

Because every best friend deserves a healthy start, a little love, and a forever family. 🤍

The HCAL team joins animal lovers everywhere in remembering Dolly Parton—a legendary talent with a heart just as remarkable. 🤍

Throughout her life, she used her platform to raise awareness for animals in need and support rescue efforts that helped pets find loving homes. Swipe to meet a special member of our HCAL family: Dolly, one of our staff member’s dogs, lovingly named after the country icon herself.

Rest in peace, Dolly. Your legacy of kindness will continue to inspire us. ✨♥️
