Yogi Bear Farms Is a licensed Professional Breeding Service of Field Line Gordon Setters. We own eighteen Gordon Setters. We have placed 128 Gordons from coast to coast. We are in the process of breeding one of our Females today. If all goes as planned, puppies are expected October 25th 2026 That means puppies will be ready for their forever homes on Christmas Day 2026. We have numerous breeding options with, Anastasia, Constance, Josephine, Faith. Our main Stud is Augustine, But we have other breeding males, Mathew Dakota, Boaz, Ezekiel.
Note ::::::::::: We are located in Northeast Alabama ::::::::::::::::::::
I am starting to interview prospective buyers. People in the Gordon Setter World know we are not easy to get a puppy from. Yes we are very selective because we look for the best home situation for our wonderful puppies. Basic Criteria, Room for them to explore, Must be part of your family unit, Commitment to exercising them daily.
You are getting the best Gordon available so you must be worthy of being owned by a Gordon Setter. We breed field dogs, NOT SHOW OR BENCH DOGS!!!!!!!!!!! Our dogs have a long history of health tracking. Our Gordon's are Sweet, Loveable, Zero Aggression, Very Very strong hunting instincts. WE BREED FOR HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE.
NOTE: If you are READY to purchase a Gordon from this LITTER contact us. We have a two strike rule during the interview process. If you need permission to bring a Gordon Home get that taken care of before you call. Basic Criteria, Room for them to explore, Must be part of your family unit, Commitment to exercising them daily

Ezeikel and Moses are 10 years old today. They are really great kids. Check out the video from 10 years ago with Roscoe P.Coletrain, Chocolate Labrador, and the boys playing in the pond.
They are truly bonded as brothers. Something very special in their interaction as brothers.

There has been a misunderstanding about selling a dog to someone over 65 years. Well, this picture blew away the Age thing. This was this morning: a 75-year-old taking home his Gordon Setter. I have a special contact for people over 65. Basically, if something were to happen health-wise (Contract states what has to happen to the dog). Yogi Bear Farm Dogs are not to go into ANY RESCUE. Our rehoming contracts say we will take a dog back NO QUESTIONS ASKED. ENOUGH SAID!

Please don't take this the wrong way. I will never understand why people contact me for information about Gordon Setter Puppies and then never reply. Having Puppies and handling 12 Adult Gordons is very demanding of my time. I WORK 12 TO 16 HOURS EVERY DAY. I usually send my number so we can text before we talk.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if you are not sure and just want information, I will send you that. If you need permission to purchase or have not thought about the process involved, get that straightened out beforehand.
Are you willing to give your puppy enough time
Do you have a large enough space for them to exercise
Yes, the puppy needs a ride home.
Dog crate, Toys, and Veterinarian visits.
Food, yes, they eat daily
10-story apartment is not a good environment
No, I don't sell adult dogs EVER
They live roughly 12 to 15 years. Do you have that much time left?
If you want a $500 dog, go to a rescue or shelter. WASTING MY TIME is not appropriate.
I hear from so many people that Breeders will not give much of their time on the phone. Well, we get beaten up so bad, after a while we can get a little short-tempered
